The service was amazing, and the cooked fish was good however, the breading could use more seasoning, which is why I gave the food 3 stars. Great selection of fish and sides. I recommend this place but purchase your fish and cook yourself at home.
I absolutely love it here. Fresh fresh food. Scallops are my favorite. They are pricey but I will pay for the quality no problem. They have a side to pick fresh fish to frog and they have another side for cooking it. I trust my cooking so I took my Scallops and frog legs and made them myself but it's absolutely a go to place for me for fresh sea food.
Side note, I cooked surf and turf
Scallops
-clean Scallops and dry them
- get a pan on HIGH HIGH heat
- place dry Scallops in the pan for about a minute and 25 seconds but do not pick them up and check for browning
-after the 1.25 then turn them to the other side
-let them sit for a minute.
-add truffle oil (or fresh fat from bacon), butter, lemon juice (fresh) and rosemary (fresh) and spread it continuously over the Scallops for about 30 seconds
-serve right after with mushroom Risotto
